I have not received my purchase confirmation

The confirmation of your purchase arrives immediately to the email that you have left us contact, be sure to check the Spam folder, unwanted or others of your email as it is possible that it arrived there. In case you don't find it, just let us know your full name and contact phone number in any of our ways of attention to review it together.

Why does the confirmation arrive in the Spam, Junk or Other folder?

Your email security filters the emails you talk to most often and the ones that are completely new tend to go to the referral folders. So you can add us as a contact or simply check that our replies arrive in your main inbox.

How do I know if my size is correct?

Because our sizes are international, sometimes they differ from those we are used to in Chile, so please refer to our size guide that you will find at the bottom of each page.

Remember that even if the shoe does not fit you, just let us know so we can make the corresponding change.

I already received my order number, now what do I do?

Once you have received your order number, you just have to wait for our email with the tracking number generation so you can check the status of your order. Keep in mind that the generation is automatic and when you receive it, the Correos system may not be updated yet, so we ask you to try again in the next 5 working days.

I received my tracking number but no information appears or it appears as non-existent or lost.

As indicated in point 3 you received your tracking number that was generated automatically so it may not be updated on the official platform, so we share with you some orientative search platforms to be able to check the movement. We recommend to start tracking the following business days.

Where do you ship my orders?

We send them by Correos, if you want to track your order number you can do it in https://www.correos.cl/seguimiento-en-linea

In your first search you may see information such as "pending deposit" "pre-registered" or others, don't worry it is the same that appears by default when created. You will be able to know more information about the delivery and/or estimate in the following business days.

Why haven't I received my order?

If we have confirmed your order # and tracking # it means that your order is in process and we are respecting the established times. If you have any doubts you can read our section on shipping and others at https://www.correos.cl/seguimiento-en-linea.
